Joane oversees brand strategy, digital marketing initiatives, and personalized support for our international and second-language patients. She ensures seamless communication from initial consultation through post-treatment care, helping patients feel informed, comfortable, and confident every step of the way. With a deep understanding of cultural nuances and aesthetic goals, she plays an integral role in delivering an exceptional, patient-centered experience.

Natasha is the welcoming presence behind each patient experience at Hawai’i Facial Plastic Surgery. Overseeing Patient & Client Relations, she ensures every interaction flows smoothly. From scheduling and coordination to thoughtful guidance throughout the patient journey. Drawn to the island for its sense of calm, connection, and inspiration, Natasha brings that grounded ease into the office each day. Outside the practice, she is a yoga instructor and sound bath meditation guide, weaving mindfulness, presence, and care into every detail of her work.
